Post-decision project evaluation of UK public–private partnerships: insights from planning practice

There is a concerning paucity of Post-decision Project Evaluation (PdPE) public private partnership (PPP) projects, given how significant this model infrastructure delivery has become. Drawing from previous academic and policy proposals, the authors explored evidence PdPE in planning practice UK PPP projects. Their findings show that planned for both under-developed ambiguous. These have implications current operating PPPs developing projects other jurisdictions.
